Day 3 and 4

Boat Days...

The first two days aboard the ship were sailing days. The kids spent a ton of time in the pool. But, they also had face painting, and XBox room, Cookie decorating, game room, and tons more for the kids to do.

Out of the mouths of Babes

Madelynne (4yrs old)... Madelynne asked if the baby in my belly was going to be really fat because I eat so much candy.... and for the record I am cutting back, for the babies sake!
Harrison 6 / Madelynne 4...Madelynne and Harrison were having a conversation about Santa and they wondered why his hair was white. I explained that when people get older hair sometimes goes white or gray. Madelynne asked how old he was and I told them I didn't know. Madlynne then tells Harrison "I think he is really old, he is probably going to die." Harrison looks at her for a minute and said " Yeah, I bet he just falls out of his sleigh!" They went on playing and left it at that.
Madelynne (3 1/2 years old)... Madelynne was eating lunch and on her plate was pudding and corn. She kept saying "pudding and corn, pudding and corn, hey mom I am eating porn."
Madelynne (3 1/2 years old)... Madelynne brought me a $10 bill ripped in half. She handed it to me and said here is one for you and one for dad!
Harrison (5 years old)... We had been playing for a long time and I needed a rest. He asked if I would come and play with him and I told him I needed a break that I was pooped. He looked at me with a strange face and said "oh mom, not in your pants."
Madelynne (3 years old)... I called Madelynne buddy, and she said "mom, I'm not buddy, I'm the princess."
Madelynne (3 yrs old)... Madelynne had a friend at school that lived with her grandma. Madelynne came home from school and thought it was so cool that her friends moms name was grandma. She didn't understand that this women was actually grandma.
Madleynne 3 & Harrison 5... The kids had been arguing consistently all day and I was frustrated. I told the kids to shake hands and say that they would not fight anymore that day. They both looked at me kind of funny put there hands in the air and started to shake them.
Madelynne (2 1/2 yrs old).. She looked under her covers and said "Wow, it's late under here."
Madelynne (2 1/2 yrs old)... I was doing laundry and asked Madelynne if she would get me some hangers from her closet. She was so obedient, and brought back over 20 hangers. I dicovered that she had taken the clothes that were already hanging in her closet off the hangers so she could bring me a whole bunch. Needless to say I now had double the work.
Harrison (4 1/2 yrs old)... Harrison told me that he heard a falling star last night.
Harrison (4 yrs old)... When Harrison would wish upon a star he would look up in the sky and try to blow it out. A bit confused with the birthday cake.
Harrison (4 yrs old)... Harrison had a nightmare, he was crying and we came in and he told us that he ate his purple dinosaur, which was about 7 inches in length and 3 inches wide. The next day he saw that dinosaur and said "Hey, this was the dinosaur I thought I ate."
Harrison (3 1/2 yrs old)... I asked Harrison if we should have a new baby and he said "No mommy, I want to keep Madelynne."
Harrison (3 1/2 yrs old)... Whenever a door would open he would say "open sesame street."
Harrison (3 1/2 yrs old)... We were trying to get a hold of grandma, but always got her voicemail that told us to leave a message at the tone. Harrison seemed confused and asked why grandma is always at the tone.
Harrison (2 yrs old) ... Harrison would say that everything was green.
Harrison (1 yr old)... He would call is sippy "zee."
